Examination applications for the February 2026 Pharmacist Qualifying Examination are now available in the Candidate Portal accounts of existing, eligible candidates.

Please note that the February 2026 Pharmacist Qualifying Examination Part II (OSCE) is offered in English only. 

Note: The application deadline for the February 2026 Pharmacist Qualifying Examination – Part I (MCQ) & Part II (OSCE) is 12 pm (noon) Eastern Time, Thursday, November 6, 2025.
