Examination applications for the October/November 2025 Pharmacist Qualifying Examination are now available in the Candidate Portal accounts of existing, eligible candidates.

Note: The application deadline for the October/November 2025 Pharmacist Qualifying Examination – Part I (MCQ) & Part II (OSCE) is 12 pm (noon) Eastern Time, Thursday, August 7, 2025.
