Communication Guidelines

PEBC staff are happy to assist you. Please ensure that all your communications with PEBC are professional and respectful.

PEBC primarily communicates with applicants by email: Check your inbox regularly and ensure your email settings will allow PEBC emails to reach your inbox.

Response time is 2 business days: Please allow 2 business days for a response before contacting the office about the same matter again. Your first inquiry will always be replied to first. If you email or phone about the same issue multiple times it reduces PEBC’s ability to efficiently support candidates.

Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

PEBC does not allow in-person candidate visits: PEBC does not accept in-person candidate visits or delivery of application requirements by candidates.

When emailing PEBC, include the following information to help us locate your account quickly:

• Your PEBC ID, if available
• Your first and last names
• Your NAPRA ID, if available
• The email address associated with your PEBC account, if different from the one you are using

When contacting PEBC by phone, you will likely need to leave a voicemail due to the high volume of inquiries. Please keep your message brief. If you need to provide detailed information, send an email to one of the addresses listed in the email section.

If you leave a voicemail please provide the following:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• PEBC ID number, if available
• NAPRA ID number, if available
