If there are any issues with your application, you will be notified by email within 6 weeks of completion of your application and payment of your fee.

Examination Scheduling
Review the latest Test Centre Policies, under Covid-19 Update, on the Prometric website. Please schedule a remote proctored exam if you cannot comply with the test centre policies.
Invitation to Schedule
You will schedule your Evaluating Examination on your own, with Prometric, once you receive an Invitation to Schedule, no later than 2 weeks before the exam. The Invitations to Schedule are emailed on a first come, first served basis, based on the date when PEBC receives the Evaluating Examination application.
If you updated your address in the Candidate Portal, but Prometric’s scheduling platform, ProProctor, is showing your previous address, you will have no issues scheduling or taking the exam.
Exam Location Options
Once you receive an Invitation to Schedule, you can choose to have your exam take place at a Prometric test centre or at home by remote proctoring. You should review the remote proctoring and test centre information before deciding.
Due to a limited number of seats and restricted availability due to time zone differences, it will not be possible for all candidates to take their exam at a test centre. PEBC expects you to schedule and prepare for a remote proctored exam if you are unable to secure a seat at a test centre.
Test Centres
PEBC reserves the right to exclude any of the exam locations listed from any given administration if the site is not available, there are not enough applicants for that site, or for any other reason. There may be restrictions in capacity and possible cancellations leading up to the exam date. It is recommended that you NOT make your travel arrangements more than one month in advance of your exam date.
Canadian and International exam centres are available. You can review the list of potential sites in the Examination Dates and Fees section. The sites listed on the website and in your exam application may not all be available when you schedule your exam with Prometric.
Please visit the Prometric website for the latest test centre policies and updates.
International Scheduling Issues
You are required to schedule your exam appointment with a start time that falls within the Eastern Time (ET) exam window indicated in the Invitation to Schedule. ProScheduler’s list of appointments will also include start times that fall outside of the ET exam window. Do not schedule any of those appointments because they will be cancelled by PEBC.
Not all test centres will have available appointments with start times that fall within the exam window, due to time zone differences. If there are no appointments at your preferred test centre with an acceptable start time, please schedule a remote proctored exam.
Rescheduling, Changing Exam Centre or Exam Method
To reschedule your exam, change your test centre or exam method, visit www.prometric.com. Do not cancel your exam. Select ‘Reschedule’ under the modality you wish to take the exam in, e.g., choose ‘Reschedule’ under ‘Remotely Proctored Exam’ to reschedule from a test centre to a remote proctored exam.
Deadline: You may reschedule, change your exam centre or your exam method up to 3 days before your scheduled exam appointment. You are not permitted to reschedule your exam within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Moving your exam to a different exam session is not an option.
A rescheduling fee is collected by Prometric if you reschedule your exam within 29 days of your scheduled appointment. Please review Prometric’s US Foreign Policy Compliance Statement to ensure any payment to Prometric is in keeping with the sanctions they must observe as an American company.
