Mail Processing Delays / Potential Canada Post Strike

There are delays in document processing due to the high volume of incoming mail. Please check your Portal account (pharmacists only) regularly for updates. PEBC staff are working very hard to restore regular mail processing times and anticipate resolving the situation soon.

Please send your documents by courier, with tracking numbers. This allows you to verify delivery without needing to contact PEBC.

If you receive an email from the Portal or a PEBC staff member regarding an application requirement that was not accepted, please read the email carefully to understand the reason before sending an inquiry to PEBC.

For status updates, please send only one email. Multiple emails slow down PEBC’s ability to provide updates.

Sending Documents During Potential Canada Post Strike

Due to a potential strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, which could begin sometime after May 22nd, candidates are strongly encouraged to use courier services when sending any documents to PEBC e.g., Identification Verification, Document Evaluation and Exam applications.
