When will the PEBC office reopen?
The province of Ontario has enacted a declaration of emergency to help contain the spread of COVID-19 and protect the public. PEBC continues to monitor government and public health officials’ recommendations.
For the safety of its staff, PEBC has temporarily closed its office and staff are working remotely.
PEBC will announce the reopening of the office in the Latest News section of the PEBC website.
I am unable to submit requested documents to PEBC. What should I do?
PEBC understands that issuing authorities are experiencing delays and will provide deadline extensions.
Is PEBC able to receive mail?
The PEBC office remains closed as the province of Ontario has enacted its declaration of emergency to help contain the spread of COVID-19 and protect the public.
Although PEBC staff continue to work remotely, PEBC is able to receive mail via regular post and courier Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, starting immediately.
PEBC is still not able to mail documents to candidates. Therefore, do not request PEBC to mail you any documents until the office fully reopens.
