*Application (application form and all required documents) must be RECEIVED by the PEBC office no later than this date. The online application is only available until 12:00 pm (noon) Eastern Time on the deadline date. *** Part II (OSPE) French exam is offered in Ottawa.
PEBC reserves the right to cancel the examination at any of the stated locations if there are not enough applicants for that location or for other reasons.

Online application payment options
- Visa or MasterCard (credit card only)
Offline application payment requirements within Canada
- Certified Canadian cheque, bank draft or money order
- Canadian dollars only
- Payable to PEBC or The Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada
- Currently dated
- Properly signed in space provided on front of payment
- DO NOT SUBMIT U.S. funds, cash or personal cheques (they will be returned to you
if you do)
Offline application payment requirements outside of Canada
- International money order or bank draft
- Drawn from a Canadian bank
- Transit number of the bank printed at bottom of bank draft or money order, using standardized coding
- Clearance method must be through the clearing system in Canada and not by collection
- If your payment does not meet these requirements you will be charged a fee of $30 CAD to cover shipping and handling fees
Nigerian candidates
- If possible apply online and pay by Visa or MasterCard
- If you cannot apply by credit card, you can submit your fee in U.S. dollars, but add an extra 10% to your USD amount to cover the expense of conversion and to account for differences in currency values
Fee receipt
Document Evaluation and Pharmacist Evaluating and Qualifying Examination: A fee receipt will be added to your ‘Digital Wallet’ once payment for an application is completed.
Pharmacy Technician Qualifying Examination: Within 24 hours of completing the exam, you will receive a ‘Notice of Completion’. This Notice will also serve as your official receipt for the exam.
Please do not request a fee receipt for income tax purposes. PEBC is an examining body, so it does not issue T2202 official tax receipts. Please follow up with the Canadian Revenue Agency to clarify their taxation policies as they relate to PEBC exam fees.

Refunds are decided and processed 6 weeks after the exam takes place.
$30 CAD will be deducted from any refund being sent outside of Canada to cover the cost of the money order and the delivery fee.
