Document Evaluation Eligibility
PEBC must evaluate certain documents to ensure you have a degree in Pharmacy that is acceptable. The minimum requirement is a four-year undergraduate degree in pharmacy.
You must pass document evaluation before you qualify to apply for the Evaluating Examination.
Language Proficiency Requirements
Language Proficiency Tests are not required by the PEBC. However, Provincial Regulatory Authorities do require these tests.
PEBC recommends you contact the regulatory authority for the province in which you are seeking licensure to receive full information regarding language fluency requirements.
Pharmacists’ Gateway Canada
All international pharmacy graduates (IPGs) who wish to obtain a licence to practise pharmacy in Canada are required to enroll in the NAPRA Gateway before applying for document evaluation with PEBC.
The NAPRA Gateway provides a streamlined approach to facilitate the licensure process for IPGs. Please visit the Pharmacists’ Gateway Canada for more information.
Please write your National Identifier Number received from NAPRA in the top, right corner of the PEBC Document Evaluation application.
Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) for Canadian Immigration Programs
If you wish to apply for an ECA Report to submit to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, please review the ECA Report information and instructions.
